Please pray for those who are sick, especially, Eddie and Marcie Merezko, Stephen Charles, Halima, Sala, Agnes, Malia, Janelle Farley, Mary McCluskey,  Maureen Bleighly, Sandra, Marissa, Amber, Peter Rogan, Bernadette Sexton, Peter Munyan, Tommy Judge, Mary Sloan, Paula Murphy, Pat Tagliabue, Frank Tagliabue, Michael Pound, John Kelly, Janice Danaher, Vicky Mathis, Edna Walsh, Jane Maria, Kathy Burke, Frank Howard,  Mike Mason, Elaine Duyvestyn, James Smythe, Lucy Triffett, Helena Jaskolski, Oscar Dixon-Rotherham, Margaret Sherlock and all those who need our prayers. May they receive the Lord’s comfort and strength.

Lenten Reflection Group

You are invited to gather for a time of quiet Reflection and Prayer on the Lenten Sunday Scriptures.

 

A Reflection booklet Many Paths lead to Easter by Fr. Andy Hamilton sj will be used and available.

When: THURSDAYS of Lent :
March 6, 13, 20, 27,
April 3 and 10.
Time: 4.00pm – 5.00 pm

Where: St. Peter’s Church Shoreham

If you are unable to attend but would like a copy of the Reflection booklet
contact Sister Joan Power on 0491 011 127 and she will arrange a copy for you.

ST VINCENT DE PAUL APPEAL:

We are in need of Pasta & Sauces, Cans of Tuna, Salmon, Meat & Vegetables, Tins of Soup, Tinned fruit, tins of vegetables, Spaghetti, Diced Tomatoes. Spreads such as Jam, Peanut Butter, Vegemite, Honey. Packets of Sweet and Dry biscuits, Cereal, Tea and Coffee, Long Life Milk, Rice, Two Minute noodles and Cup of Soup packets, and toiletries.

Please do not donate Sugar, Powdered Milk, Cheese Spreads or Baked Beans. Thank you for your ongoing support


PARISH VOLUNTEERS   WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK AND ONLINE TRAINING

Please forward your current card details to the Parish Secretary at the office in Hastings or via email to westernport@cam.org.au. Training online and signed Code of Conduct should be completed at the link below and details posted/emailed to the Parish Secretary. Face to face training (one session) will be offered during the year after mass at a date to be notified.hu Safeguarding Children Training | Westernport Church. Thanks to all those who already provided their details and completed their online training.

Dear Parish Volunteers, who serve at any Ministry at any of our three Mass Centres, please note that Code of Conduct Declarations are  available in the foyers for those of you that we haven’t record of signing it within the last 3 years. If you are unsure, you can check if your name is on the list which is also going to be available.
